It’s Different Here…

There are things that I have noticed are different in Europe from at home in America.

1.     At home, you are allowed to touch and look up close at things in a shop. Here, people don’t let you do that. They say “Don’t touch!”

2.     In Italy, they put liqueur on some of their pastries. Yuck!

3.     They don’t have Root Beer, Ranch dressing, Shells & Cheese, or Cheese sauce here. They have a lot of Fanta though.

4.     There are a lot of people who smoke here.

5.     The buildings and streets here are very old. Ours look new.

6.     The ice cream in Italy is much bigger than at home!

7.     The houses and buildings here are really close together. There isn’t space in between or around them like at home.

8. There are lots of free water fountains on the streets that are really old that you can get water from

9. They don’t have a lot of playgrounds close by, and some of them have sand instead of mulch.
